Harp and Lyre Lessons
Teaching is one of Stephanie’s passions. With over a decade of experience teaching music to children, college students, and adults, she strives to instill a love of music in each of her students. Lessons are given once a week for a duration of 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Please contact for more information about harp or lyre lessons.
Harp Lessons
Harp lessons are available for students at any level and of any age. No previous musical background is necessary to start lessons.
Harp lessons are charged as a monthly flat rate. Weekly lessons are strongly recommended to ensure steady progress on the instrument.
30-minute harp lesson options are as follows:
$180/month for weekly lessons
$135/month for 3 lessons per month
$90/month for 2 lessons per month

Information on renting/buying harps:
Most lever harps can be rented for $60 - $80 per month. A good quality lever harp can be bought used or brand new, with prices ranging from $2000 - $6000. For information on where to rent or buy a lever harp, as well as info on pedal harps, please contact directly.
Lyre Lessons
Lyre lessons are available for students at any level and of any age. No previous musical background is necessary to start lessons.
Lyre lessons are charged as a monthly flat rate.

The lyre is a small instrument that shares some similarities to the harp, but with a brighter sound. Due to its size, it is limited in the songs that can be played on the instrument, though it offers the option of learning some harp and musical skills that can transfer later to the harp.
You can purchase a lyre from Amazon, Pures Music, or Etsy for $60 - $130 (depending on if you buy it in a bundle with accessories).
